Normal orders are shipped within 15-20 business days to allow for crafting each piece with care. Custom-made orders are shipped within 30-40 business days.

Bumiya Gallery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Bumiya Gallery ships worldwide via DHL. Shipping eligibility depends on DHL's operation in a specific region. The shipping rate will be calculated during Checkout.
